Chestnut Orchard Expanding

The American Chestnut Foundation will be expanding a chestnut orchard at Savage River State Forest on May 27th. This orchard was established in 2019 as a joint effort between TACF, Garrett County Forestry Board and the MD Forest Service to help preserve local American chestnut genetics.
